Non-Profit Organization:
Operations are overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of parents that are enrolled at the Centers.

Operating Hours:
Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm

Holidays and Closings:

• New Year’s Day
• Winter In-Service Day – President’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Summer In-Service Day – 3rd Friday of August
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after
• Christmas Day

Flexible Schedules:

• Full-Time: Enrolled Daily, Monday through Friday
• Partial Week: Enrolled one to four days per week, as space allows.
• Drop-In: As needed care, with prior approval of the center management.

Private Kindergarten:
Full-day program, exceeding Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) for Kindergartners. Before and After School Care included in tuition.

Summer Camp:
For children ages 6 through 10 years.

Meals:
Healthy morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack included in tuition.

Open Door Policy:
We adhere to the Virginia Department of Social Services Open Door Policy. Parents are welcome and encouraged to stop in for a visit at any point during the day.

Payments:
Easy automated payments through Tuition Express. We also accept checks and money orders.

Monthly Events and Adventures:
Special activities throughout the year are included in tuition.
