Board of Directors

We are a non-profit organization governed by an elected Board of Directors.

Members of the Board are generally family members of children currently enrolled at our centers, and community leaders who have agreed to volunteer their time to help promote our company and to provide guidance to ensure fulfillment of the ILC’s Mission and Goals.

Unique Governance Model

As you enroll at any of our centers, your family automatically becomes an active center member of our non-profit organization.

Your family is now eligible to elect ILC’s board members in an annual election. Beyond that, you may also be interested in applying for a position on the Board and have the unique opportunity to work closely with the ILC Leadership team to shape the success of our organization today and in the future.
