As a non-profit governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, we’re committed to serving our community—not profits. Every decision we make is focused on what’s best for children and families.
Our leadership philosophy is built on collaboration and empowerment. Each center is directed by a local team who manage day-to-day operations. They are supported by an Executive Director Team and the Board of Directors, who provide policy support, oversight, and long-term vision.
We are proudly governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of parents and local leaders. Upon enrollment, every family becomes an active member of our non-profit and is eligible to vote in elections or even join the board.
